How to measure your neck
Wrap the measuring tape around the neck at the base where the collar normally rests.
The tape should rest lightly on the skin with two fingers under the measuring tape. Do not pull too tightly or leave any space between the neck and the fingers.
Make sure the tape is not twisted or held at an angle.
How to measure your chest
Stand straight in a relax position with arms down by the side; slide the measuring tape around the chest and under the armpits. Hold the tape securely and measure the fullest part of the chest.

How to measure your waist
Stand straight in a relax position; slide the measuring tape around the waist at the level of the belly button. Hold the tape snugly around the torso without squeezing in.

How to measure your hip
Standing straight, locate the widest part of the hips. Slide the measuring tape around this point and measure. Hold the tape snugly but not too tight.

How to measure your head
Wrap the measuring tape around the head, above the ears and across the eyebrows. Measure snugly around the head.
