Retail Solutions

Your partner in professional shop management

School uniform management should be an easy to manage part of the school’s operation. Ranier offers flexible and client specific uniform management services. Ranier has extensive experience in retail shop management and we can provide on-/off-campus trading, as well as online retailing options.

Our shops are managed by experienced staff who are well trained, committed and involved in the important role they have in the delivery of service and advice on the compliance to the school uniform policy. All of our retail staff are cleared under Working with Children Check.

STOCK MANAGEMENT

Schools will benefit from our expertise in stock management and inventory forecasting to ensure the smooth running of the shop. Our ERP system allows linking of the uniform shop’s POS directly to the head office in order to manage and control all aspects of supply chain from manufacturing, warehousing, stockholding and retail sales.

We provide detailed reporting to schools to ensure accuracy and transparency of all transactions.

List of reports can include:

-          Sales with details
-          Stock valuation
-          Outstanding customer order

REVENUE STREAM

Ranier provides online retailing platform for all of our retail school clients. 

The online store allows parents to purchase uniforms as well as book appointments online 24/7, any time at their convenience. The uniform shop can be accessed via a link from the school’s website.

Parents have the options of home delivery or Click & Collect. They will also have access to their transaction history for easy reference, telephone support available 5 days a week and secured online payment via PayPal or credit cards.
